    Een hoes voor een aandrijfas, ook wel bekend als een homokinetische ashoes, is een flexibele rubberen of plastic hoes die het homokinetische gewricht beschermt. De functie ervan is om het vet in het gewricht te houden en tegelijkertijd te voorkomen dat vuil, water en ander materiaal binnendringen.
