    FAQ

    Een klembout voor een kogelgewricht is een bevestigingsonderdeel dat wordt gebruikt om de kogelgewrichtpen vast te zetten in een montagepunt, zoals een fusee of draagarm. De functie ervan is het uitoefenen van klemkracht die het kogelgewricht stevig op zijn plaats houdt, waardoor een veilige en stabiele verbinding binnen het ophangings- of stuursysteem wordt gewaarborgd.

    Belangrijke specificaties zijn onder andere de schroefdraadmaat, lengte, sterkteklasse (vaak hoogwaardig zoals 10.9 of 12.9), koptype en compatibiliteit met de specifieke voertuigtoepassing. Deze bouten zijn doorgaans gemaakt van gehard staal en moeten bestand zijn tegen hoge belastingen, trillingen en omgevingsomstandigheden, waaronder temperaturen van -40 °C tot +150 °C.
