    De Afdichtring, thermische schakelaar (104 529) zorgt voor een stabiele koelvloeistofstroom door de motor. Door deze te vervangen door een hoogwaardige Porza-leiding worden de betrouwbare koelprestaties en de motorbescherming op lange termijn hersteld.

    Een afdichtring voor een thermische schakelaar is een afdichtingscomponent die zorgt voor een lekvrije verbinding op de plaats waar de schakelaar is geïnstalleerd. De functie ervan is het voorkomen van lekkage van vloeistof of lucht, terwijl de juiste druk en nauwkeurige temperatuurmeting behouden blijven.

    Belangrijke specificaties zijn onder andere de binnen- en buitendiameter, de dikte, het materiaal (zoals rubber of hittebestendig elastomeer), de temperatuurbestendigheid en de compatibiliteit met de thermische schakelaar en het systeem. Het moet bestand zijn tegen hitte, druk en blootstelling aan vloeistoffen.

    Vervanging is noodzakelijk wanneer de afdichting versleten, uitgehard, gebarsten of lek is. Het wordt ook aanbevolen om de afdichting te vervangen wanneer de thermische schakelaar wordt verwijderd of onderhouden.
