    Een stuurstang is een onderdeel van de stuurinrichting dat het stuurhuis verbindt met de wielnaaf. De functie ervan is om de stuurbeweging van het stuursysteem over te brengen op de wielen, waardoor het voertuig nauwkeurig kan sturen.
